In 2020, while working as a Purchasing Officer at Lotte Duty Free, I managed and negotiated for over 1,000 liquor and eyewear product codes, collaborating directly with various brand partners.
Beyond gaining experience in inventory management and logistics across Nha Trang, Hanoi, Da Nang, and international locations, this role also gave me valuable insights into how retail brands engage with customers — from product displays and brochures to marketing campaigns.
